Rose Bay

Completed in 2020, the house is set on a steep land in Rose Bay directly facing the Harbour Bridge. All three storeys offering magnificent views over the harbour.

Thus this house makes use of giant fixed glass panel and glass sliding door on the harbour side. The ultra-thin and flush in sliding door system allows the clients to enjoy the internal and external space as an integrity, and the balcony is covered by the louver roof system.

Complete with concrete spiral staircase with chandelier in the middle, staircase wall cladded with Travertine split face stone tiles, glass entry bridge, home theatre, lifts, gymnasium, built-in BBQ, Screenwood ceiling, glass wine cellar, cool room and heated pool, Boffi Kitchen, and custom built-in joinery, it has been built to the luxury standard.
